Presented by Aaron Marcus (Aaron Marcus and Associates, Inc. (AM+A)), Jimmy Kim (Nexon), Erik Hersman (Zungu), Kelly Goto (gotomedia, LLC), Surya Vanka (Microsoft). How do you make it easy to look bigger and more global than you are? How do you create a maintainable yet personal experience for users around the world? Hear about practices and the trade-offs multinational companies make to incorporate cultural diversity in user interface design.
Comments
Too general - would have been nice to have more actionable speciifc best know methods and examples
I would have liked more real world examples. Less talking and more slides with screenshots.

Really got good on the last question which could have inspired it's own session. The concept of "Placelessness" was interesting. My current projects involve localization of content and our research indicates that a "one site to rule them all" approach just isn't feasible.
