The model focuses on measuring user activity at five basic levels of conversion: Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, & Revenue. We'll also provide a basic intro SEO for Startups, and we'll do live "Startup Makeover" reviews at the end of the workshop.

Comments

ok, ok, i did the ol' movie theatre thing and "snuck" into this session after my session finished a tad early... but what i did see what amazing. I wish i had DaShahFox on speed dial to review the sites my group creates.

Their insight and ability to have the audience follow along as they threw out powerful SEO and UI gems was remarkable.

From HP to sites literally created this morning, this brain trust stayed to late to give us actionable steps to success.

Time/Value = a killer win of a session.

This session is great.

I enjoyed hearing Dave & Hiten talk -- their slides were great and I'm looking forward to grabbing their slides (where were they posted, again?). Very informative for a non-marketing person who now finds herself in a role of having to understand and recommend A/B testing and such.

LOST ITEM! stainless steel coffee cup (with lid) it has a handle and is a non-opaque pink/purple on the outside. I was sitting in the 2nd row on the west side of the room (by the screen at the left if you're standing in the back looking toward the front) -- anyone find it? You have my undying gratitude if you return it to me!

I really enjoyed this session. They had great slides, which were readily available on slideshare (very much appreciated). I had immediately actionable items after this session.

The SEO piece wasn't as informative for me, but covered good basics.
