Overall spot on for the things that people need to pay attention to to make their services available and reliable Presentation could have been a little smother as Artur tends to jump from example to some data to a tool to something else. He could have been more coherent for people who didn't have a lot of ops background here (most of the audience it seems).

This was a good session, always nice to hear that sometimes people are having a worse time of it that I am! Thanks for the tips on Ganglia and Puppet, I'll be looking in to these.
