really beneficial information and excellent real world examples of business applications
This was one of the most helpful and straighforward presentations so far. Having the slides really helped to focus the presentation. Very much enjoyed the real world examples of how to apply the principles of POST.
This is a new area for me. It answered several key questions I had going into it. I like POST, but looks like I need to read the book to really latch on.
One of the best sessions that I've attended. I wish it were longer but hopefully the book (which I purchased that day... "you had me at hello") will provide more in-depth ideas. As I build a social-web strategy for our company of 14,000 employees, I'm realizing that this is tougher than it looks. Thanks!
This was a terrific session and I really appreciated the specific, real-world examples. The trends outlined by Josh and Charlene exactly parallels our firm's work with sustainable industry. We can immediately transfer the strategies and tools to help our clients.
So far, this was my favorite session. The information was useful, practical and presented in an interesting way. Good use of examples, visuals and statistics.
Excellent session with an actionable outcome. Thought provoking topic, logical framework for moving forward.
My favorite session thus far! The information applies directly to what we're doing back at the office. This session alone made the trip worth it!
One of my favorite sessions, useful, succinct, memorable information that had good examples and was easy to start applying to my own situation right away. NICE JOB!

A useful framework for approaching social networking in business. This was very much focused around customers (ie external) rather than internal.
