Interesting, but not much useful for my work. Maybe I had wrong expectation, I came to find out how to do such interviews myself.

I found this to be a useful reality check. Light web users are important, and I think easily scared off. I felt like I got a clear message of "make it easier", "don't demand involvement from users they aren't ready for". This was really relevant to me, as I work in an area where many of the users aren't really willing... but success hinges on their ability to use a product.

Leanne is good at this work and it's useful to hear what she hears -- a wide spectrum of users and how they use (or don't use) the sites and tools we geeks take for granted. This perspective should help make us better designers. Kudos!

It was refreshing to see a panel of everyday people speak about some of the challenges they face as computer users. I think it is a refreshing wake-up call to web designers and developers everywhere.
