About: Rob Johnson is an Executive IT Specialist on the ibm.com Global Web User Engineering team. He has led cross-company efforts to develop approaches for model-driven design of user experience on the ibm.com domain. He has more than 20 years of experience in User-Centered Design and User Engineering. His work experience includes supporting product design and development, consulting for clients in the insurance, telecommunications, retail, distribution, and information management industries, and working extensively on information systems used to support clients and the business. Rob received a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Duke University and a B.A. in Psychology from Purdue University.
