About: My intranet team at Nortel is working on implementing blogs and forums on Nortel's intranet, among other things. As the content manager of our intranet portal, I'm interested in ramping up portal personalization through our Sharepoint platform and incorporating more web 2.0 features and user-generated content into the intranet. I'm also very interested in design, and learning more about UI and IA and how other enterprise businesses have established and managed an effective intranet governance model (including engaging execs and reps from the various business groups) and any tips they might have for our team on this topic.
