About: Hi,

My name is Pablo and I'm the CEO of an 30-people Internet company based in Madrid, Spain.

It's my first time going to Web2.0Expo. I hope to meet there interesting people as well as learn new things I could apply to my company.

In addition to that, it'd be great if I could meet people who may be interested in working with us remotely or in Madrid (preferred).

We have big plans to our company (especially to our portal http://www.hotelsearch.com/, which we are in the process of renovation adding new functionalities and integrations), and are searching engineers to join our IT team. We work with different technologies (RoR, PHP, Java, Ajax, Javascript, and many others) and ultimately with lots of integrations based on XML (to the extent that we have moved our database to DB2 9.5 pureXML ... and are working on this crazy but powerful Xquery language). We work in an "agile environment" following extreme programming techniques, working in pairs, implementing small stories of 2-3 days, and in a very exciting atmosphere.
