About: I've worned the hats and uniforms of and worked as Instructor, Consultant, Journalist, Engineer, Scientist, Technology Evangelist. I liked to be known as a Visionary Enthusiast. I led the R & D for Prenatal Diagnostics Inc. for many years. I enjoy teaching Computer Science at Foothill College and I'm proud of mashing-up data and resources for the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health website http://www.kidsdata.org .
My life goal is to facilitate in technology development towards enhancing our way of living that alleviates
stress, improves health, prolongs life, eases pursuit of happiness, and attains the well being of the whole community.
My career interests are in Information Technology, Physics and the Life Sciences.

Cyber Agents is the term I coined for software systems that know about the user's profile and roam the web and other resources to gather information pertaining to and within the context of the current goal the user is requesting.
The agent will prioritize and categorize the search results based on relevancy and reliability to the tasks required to attain the user's goal. The user can set the level of reliability for information coming from his/her trusted social networks.
Such agent will present the pertinent information to the user in such a way that facilitates the user in choosing the best alternatives to complete the tasks and attain the goal.
In short, a cyber agent provides a context-based goal-oriented service.
