About: I have two main interests:
(1) Finding ways for high-volume B2C companies (such as banks and telcos) to deliver a great customer experience at every touchpoint -- web, phone, self-service and assisted-service. I.e., defining ways to help transform customer service in a challenging high volume business.
(2) Using web 2.0 techniques to build the community involvement between our user group and corporate departments
