I have 14 years of software development experience in diverse industries with over 8 years of management & leadership experience at Yahoo!, Microsoft & Philips in designing and developing complex software products. I have been responsible for product and engineering of several rapid innovation products focusing on Desktop Search, Advanced Products and Emerging Markets @ Yahoo!. I was involved from the early inception of Microsoft's collaboration portal platform and Windows SharePoint Services. As an entrepreneur I consulted in creating a virtual practice portal complementing a real medical practice. I was also responsible for leading development of the architecture and roadmap for the core software and remote serviceability infrastructure for support, sustaining and field service organization. I have successfully managed and executed several parallel development programs through complete development life cycles.
