Rajeev Purnaiya
About: Rajeev Purnaiya is the founder-CEO of hooeey. hooeey, his second entrepreneurial venture was started in late 2005. This web-centric application was created to overcome drawbacks in the existing web information re-locating tools and services such as bookmarks, search engines, on-line tagging and link management.
hooeey is a personal web application that records all web links that you browse and lets you use them in a fun and productive way.
From 1998 to 2005, Rajeev Purnaiya was the Founder and Managing Director of CyberBazaar, India’s first and largest conferencing company. WebEx acquired CyberBazaar in mid-2004 after which Rajeev headed the WebEx (India) entity until mid-2005.
Rajeev has Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Alabama and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
