He leads Alibaba.com's Web 2.0 projects in North America and evangelizes Alibaba.com's products, services, and messages through establishing, monitoring and participating in online trade discussions and communities. He also develops and delivers online and offline trainings, workshops and seminars to educate the North American market about Alibaba.com. He previously worked at Alibaba.com’s HQ in Hangzhou, China in 2007, leading online marketing and sales campaigns for the International TrustPass Department.
