We don't have any kind of formal presentation and what we would like is for folks who have experience with S3, SimpleDB, BigTable, Hadoop, Blist, LongJump, Zoho, or any of these next generation databases to share their experience. Other great topics for discussion would be json vs. xml for returning results, cross-domain issues, exposing existing databases using frameworks, etc. It's all on the table.
