Plone, is a phenomenal open-source content management system (CMS) that lets a small dev team accomplish what would take an army of developers using other web-dev frameworks to achieve.

This looks pretty good Charles! I'm a Web 2.0 Enthusiast and an have a few ideas I would like to kick-off. Plone might be a viable platform.
