Aloha Cliff! I was just in Hawaii a few weeks ago. Visited Volcano for a day and then spent a week lounging in Kailua. I did have the most amazing sushi in Waikiki. I can't remember their name but what I do remember was that they chose each dish and the waiter told me for each one whether I was allowed to use soy sauce.
